Shipping Policy

Please review the following shipping policy before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 0–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, or for pre-order items. For pre-order products, please refer to the estimated timeline shown on the product page.

2. Warehouse Locations

To improve delivery speed, we maintain warehouses in Chicago, Bordentown, Savannah, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Nazareth, Westampton, Toronto, Vancouver, and Shenzhen.

Your order will be shipped from the nearest available warehouse whenever possible. If an item is out of stock in the closest warehouse, it may be fulfilled from another warehouse to avoid delay.

3. Shipping Time

Delivery time depends on your shipping address, the warehouse used for fulfillment, and the selected shipping method. In general, receiving time = processing time + shipping time.

Canada orders Typically 3–10 business days after shipment
International orders Typically 5–15 business days after shipment

These are estimated delivery times only. Actual transit time may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs inspection, or remote delivery locations.

4. Shipping Fee

We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $50. Shipping fees for other orders, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.

5. Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

We do not charge customs duties, import taxes, or tariff fees at checkout. Orders are shipped from the nearest warehouse when available, and no additional tariff fees are added by us.

Depending on your local regulations, customs authorities in some countries may still assess import fees independently. If that occurs, the customer is responsible for any charges required by local customs.

6. Order Changes and Address Updates

If you need to change your order or update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once a package has been shipped, we may no longer be able to modify the address or recall the parcel.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to check delivery updates on the carrier’s website. Registered customers may also log in to My Orders in the customer account area to view order status.

8. Logistics Notifications

If you receive a notification from the carrier requesting additional information, please respond promptly. This may happen if customs or the shipping carrier needs verification from the importer to complete delivery.
