WHY WON'T MY PAYMENT GO THROUGH?

You cannot complete the payment due to the following issue,
  1. Your card has insufficient funds.
  2. Your card was declined.
  3. Your card does not support this type of purchase.
  4. You set a limit on the amount of online purchases
  5. Wrong cried card number or password
Find the issue you’re experiencing above, and try these suggestions to resolve.
  1. Check your account balance or contact your bank to confirm your balance.
  2. Use a valid card number
  3. Contact the card issuing bank and declare that this transaction is for your own consumption.
  4. Fill in the correct bank card number and card number date, etc.
  5. Fill in the correct verification information.

In addition, you can also consider changing to another card for payment.

 

Under such circumstance, here are 3 solutions for you:

1. If you have a PayPal account, please try to pay by PayPal.

2. If you do not have a PayPal account, please select PayPal still at the checkout page & click the complete order button. Then you'll be directed to a page with access to both PayPal and Debit/Credit card payment (for the latter option, you don't have to register for PayPal).

3. Please switch to your other credit/debit cards.
