Return & Refund Policy
We accept return requests within 60 days after you receive your item.
Eligibility
Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How to start a return
Please contact us first at sales@9phxracing.com before sending anything back.
Because we have multiple U.S. warehouses, returns must be arranged in advance. Our customer service team will confirm the correct warehouse address and provide instructions. Returns must be sent back to the original shipping warehouse whenever possible.
Return costs and fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- A 10% return handling fee will be charged to cover product inspection, refurbishment, repackaging, and restocking.
Non-returnable items
Customized products are not eligible for return, including custom colors, engraving, or other personalized items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still be in the same condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
