Shipping Policy

1.When will my order be shipped?
Usually in 2-3 working days


Free Shipping Worldwide for Order Above $100
If you want to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible before your package is shipped.
Once a package is shipped, we are unable to get it back or change the shipping address.


2.Shipping Fee & Delivery Time:

Note:  

1. Receiving Time = Processing Time(2-3 working days) + Shipping Time; For pre-order items, please refer to the information on the product page. 


2. If the product purchased by the customer is not in stock in the United States warehouse, it will be shipped tfrom the China warehouse.


3.Taxes:
Please note that the packages may be shipped from different warehouses. Our goods are untaxed so import tax may occur depending on your country's customs and the shipping method.

 

4. Where to track my order status?

Once your order has been shipped, please click the Order Tracker or email address to track your order status.  As a registered user, you can also log in “My Orders” in the Personal Center to track the order status. 

 

5. Why have I received the notification from logistics?

If your package hasn't cleared customs, it might be FedEx or DHL requires more information from the    importer (you). Please contact the carrier and provide the required information ASAP to avoid issues with delivery.
